What is the handling posture of the robot?

See the "Handling and Installation" section of the operating instructions of the corresponding model for details/subject to the official website

Types of zero calibration

Full-axis calibration, single-axis calibration, factory cable zero calibration, factory laser zero calibration

Which situations require zero calibration

(1) The mirror file in the controller is damaged, and the robot zero data is lost due to reasons such as failure to start normally.
(2) The zero point data is lost due to the exhaustion of the encoder battery of the motor, the replacement of the motor and the encoder cable, etc.
(3) the robot collision caused by the encoder and shaft angle offset, or replace the motor, reducer, belt and other transmission parts

Whether the robot control cabinet and the body can be exchanged and used interchangeably

The software version installed on the equipment is inconsistent with the zero point data of the robot, and it is not recommended to exchange and replace it.

What are the precautions for replacing the spare parts of the control cabinet

It is necessary to confirm the universality of spare parts and make backup of parameters and files (including but not limited to mechanical zero point, IO description, servo parameters and PRG program).

Motor Encoder Battery Replacement Cycle

It must be replaced regularly every year, and it needs to be replaced when the robot is turned on and powered on.
